1. Introduction

Welcome to Anas Ali's Trading Community ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, Anas Ali's Wealth System mentorship, also called the AA Wealth System (physical and online), educational content, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Description

Our Services include but are not limited to:

• The AA Wealth System trading mentorship: 8 classes, 16 hours, delivered physically in Lahore or live online
• Educational content, market analysis, and mentorship
• Public Telegram channel updates
• Social media content and updates
• Wealth University educational programs

3. Fees and Payment

The mentorship is a paid program. Fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are published on this website and confirmed by our team in the chat on this website or at our office. Current tiers are Online (PKR 40,000), Standard on-site (PKR 50,000), and Premium on-site (PKR 100,000).

• A seat is reserved only once payment is received in full and confirmed by our team.
• Registrations are taken through the chat on this website or in person at 20-CCA, Sector C, DHA Phase 6, Lahore, 12pm to 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
• We may change fees for future batches at any time. Fees already paid for a confirmed seat are not affected.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. All purchases of programs, courses, memberships, and services are non-refundable. Seats are limited and a confirmed seat is held for you at the expense of another student, so by making a purchase you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including non-attendance.

5. Enrollment and Attendance

• Each batch has a published registration deadline and start date. For the September 2026 batch, classes begin on September 26, 2026 and registrations close on September 25, 2026, or earlier once the batch is full.
• Seats are limited per batch and allocated in the order payment is confirmed.
• Class schedules, venue details, and online access links are shared with confirmed students by our team. Missed classes are not rescheduled individually.
• Premium features (account audit, small class size, Top 3 Inner Circle) are subject to availability and scheduling.
• We may remove a student from a batch, without refund, for disruptive behaviour, harassment, or recording and redistributing class material.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services for educational and informational purposes only
• Not rely solely on our signals for trading decisions
• Conduct your own research and due diligence
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Respect other community members and maintain appropriate behavior
• Not share or redistribute our content without permission

7. No Financial Advice

The information provided through our Services is for educational and informational purposes only. We are not licensed financial advisors, and our content should not be considered as financial advice. Always consult with qualified financial professionals before making investment decisions.

8. Community Guidelines

Our classes, chat groups, and public channels are spaces for learning and support. We expect all members to:

• Be respectful and supportive of other members
• Share constructive feedback and experiences
• Not spam, promote scams, or engage in harassment
• Not share personal information of other members
• Follow the instructions of community moderators

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to trading signals, educational materials, videos, images, and text, is owned by Anas Ali and Wealth University. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or any other damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anas Ali, Wealth University, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, with or without cause. You may also stop using our Services at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law
